IHI is looking for a dedicated professional to manage its Resident Services programs. Our portfolio includes workforce housing, family housing, and low-barrier housing for adults with special needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Housing Operations and will work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure integration of services with property management throughout IHI's portfolio.

Job duties include:

  • Program development and oversight of resident services programs
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of the IHI equity plan as it relates to the RS team and their service delivery
  • Hiring and supervising resident services staff and leading the resident services team, including bi-weekly supervision
  • Cultivating and maintaining service partner relationships
  • Monitoring resident services budgets
  • Managing the resident services database system to track resident services outcomes; reporting to funders as necessary
  • Supporting IHI's school success program by strengthening connections to schools and enhancing our academic supports
  • Managing volunteers to support resident service programming
  • Developing and overseeing new initiatives, including a new arts and music program for youth


  • Knowledge of basic clinical practices including Trauma Informed Care
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Local Social service experience working with diverse low-income and diverse and low-income populations
  • Preferred professional supervision experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and competency in Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams, solve problems, and achieve targeted outcomes
  • Ability to interact professionally with co-workers, clients, outside agencies and other stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

Compensation: $58,000-$60,000/year, DOE
