Center Village is part of a larger transit-oriented affordable housing development that combines affordable family housing with senior housing, market-rate housing, and homeownership.  Center Village offers 60 one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments within walking distance of a MAX light rail line.

Unit Composition:

  • 33 units for households earning up to 60% of area median income (LIHTC)

  • 15 units for households earning up to 50% of area median income (LIHTC)

  • 12 units for households earning up to 30% of area median income (LIHTC), of which 15 units are Project Based Vouchers (PBV) to increase housing access
