20 units for households earning up to 30% of area median income (LIHTC), of which 15 units are allocated to Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for people transitioning out of houselessness who need ongoing support

In 2005, IHI acquired a two-acre site along 82nd Avenue that was formerly a freeway on-ramp. Construction of Broadway Vantage Apartments was completed in 2008, creating 58 new affordable homes in two buildings: a smaller building fronting 82nd Avenue with studio and one-bedroom apartments, and a larger building offering family-sized two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts. 15 units are set aside as Permanent Supportive Housing for families transitioning out of homelessness.
The development also includes indoor and outdoor community spaces, meeting rooms, a community kitchen, and Early Learning Kingdom childcare center. Outdoors, residents and neighbors enjoy a public playground and a vibrant tile mural created through a community art project involving more than 150 local residents and stakeholders.
